100% Disabled Veterans
If you are a 100% disabled veteran or the survivor of a deceased 100% disabled veteran then you need to fill out the homestead form which is linked below. You DO NOT need to fill out the disabled veteran application which is linked lower down the page.
Disabled Veteran being paid at 100% (even though disability rating is lower)
If you are a disabled veteran or a survivor of a deceased disabled veteran who was/is deemed unemployable and are being paid at 100% disability rating then you will need to fill out the homestead form which is linked below. You DO NOT need to fill out the disabled veteran application which is linked lower down the page.
All other Disabled Veterans not being paid at 100%
If you are not 100% disabled and/or not being paid at 100% disability rating then you will need to fill out the Disabled Veteran or Survivor application form which is linked below.
